The Recovery Circuit (Stop Feeling Broken)

Being tired and being broken are not the same. Most guys think feeling like hell is part of the job. It is not. It means your recovery is off.

Working a physical job does not replace training. It means your training and recovery have to be smarter. If your joints hurt every morning, you are not overworking. You are under-recovering.

1. Move, Do Not Sit When you are sore, sitting makes it worse. Move. Take a short walk or do light movement. Get blood moving so your body can recover.

2. The Protein Repair If you are not getting enough protein, your body cannot rebuild. Feed the system or it will break down.

3. Sleep Standard Sleep is maintenance time. 6 solid hours beats 8 broken ones. Alcohol kills recovery.

The Bottom Line You would not run a machine without maintenance. Do not run your body without it. Handle it now or deal with the breakdown later.

Load your day. Hold your line. Finish in control. Carry when needed.
