The gym being too far or too busy is not the problem. It is an excuse. If you have a floor and 10 minutes, you can train.
Most guys wait for the perfect setup. That is the trap. The work happens wherever you are.
1. The 10-Minute Minimum If the gym is packed or you are stuck at home, do the minimum. Pushups, air squats, and lunges. This is not about a perfect workout. It is about staying in motion. Do something. Do not skip.
2. The Home Standard A single dumbbell or a sandbag is enough. If you have tools for your job, you have what you need to train. Use what is available.
3. Proof of Identity Training at home is not just about the workout. It is proof that you get it done no matter the situation.
