The moment you say "I don’t care" is a lie. It is what shows up when you are tired. It is how you justify quitting.
It shows up at the same time. Late. After a long shift. When you are exhausted. That feeling is not the truth. It is fatigue.
1. Recognize the Trap When that thought hits, call it out. You do care. You cared enough to start. Do not let a moment decide your next move.
2. The 5-Minute Rule Do not look at the whole workout or the whole meal plan. Tell yourself you will do 5 minutes. Once you start, you take control back.
3. Check Your Anchor Think about the man you said you would become. Does he quit here? If you want to take your life back, you have to act even when you don't feel like it.
Do not restart. Return.
The Bottom Line This is where most guys fall off. You stay on. That is the difference. Anyone can stay on the line when they feel good. You win when you're tired.
Load your day. Hold your line. Finish in control. Carry when needed.
